How the calculation works
Concentration is calculated from total reference compound mass divided by final solvent volume. The target analytical mass is then divided by that concentration.

Back-orders and packaging
All catalogue items are offered on back-order at lower wholesale-aligned prices. Packaging may change as sourcing moves between vetted international and local partners. We update customers as stock arrives.
Quantity and crypto discounts
Quantities of 5–9 units of the same variant receive 10% off; 10–49 receive 20% off; and 50 or more receive 30% off. Bitcoin receives a further 10% reduction on the discounted goods subtotal. Delivery and handling are not discounted.
Returns and replacement
We operate a strict no-refund policy after successful fulfilment. If an item arrives damaged or with a broken seal, contact us with the order number and evidence; we will provide handling instructions and replace the affected item. If the order cannot be fulfilled because of confirmed customs or local-delivery issues, the unfulfilled order receives a full refund.
